For many Christians, leadership feels intimidating. We are comfortable calling ourselves
servants or disciples, but hesitate to see ourselves as leaders. Yet the call of Jesus to change
the world is, at its core, a call to lead. Biblical leadership is not about power, position, or
platform. It is about influence, responsibility, and stewarding what God has entrusted to us so
that the church of the next generation is stronger than the one we inherited.
The Newsoul Leadership Course exists to form leaders according to the way of Jesus. In NLC,
you will be equipped with both spiritual depth and practical skill. We focus on leadership
principles that translate seamlessly from the church to the workplace, while remaining rooted
in the character, humility, and authority modeled by Christ.
You will leave NLC with a working understanding of team building, healthy communication,
organizational leadership, and the operation of spiritual gifts for ministry. Join us this semester
for an intentional season of growth as you develop not only as a follower of Jesus, but as a
leader in the Kingdom of God
